WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, pickup point...).

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.

  • Peninsula shipping: 2 - 5 business days

  • Outside peninsula shipping: 3 - 7 business days

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

 

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

  • Peninsula: €0.00 (free)

  • Balearic Islands shipping: €4.00

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla shipping: €7.00

  • International shipping: €15.00 

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the order. Later, when your order is about to leave the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating that the order has been shipped.
