Refund policy

At Barreltopia, we offer our customers the possibility of returning their orders. The customer may request a refund for the purchased product.

 

Conditions for exchanges and returns.

The maximum period for requesting an exchange for another product or the right of withdrawal will be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, Barreltopia will not accept returns. For reasons of hygiene and health, Barreltopia will not accept the return of used, opened, or unsealed products. Nor will products that have been hit or damaged, without original packaging/box/case, or that are missing any element or accessory, be accepted.

In case of an exchange or return of an order due to the express wish of the customer, due to non-delivery within 15 days after dispatch, inability to deliver to the address due to customer absence, or for other reasons beyond Barreltopia's control, the customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods plus the initial shipping cost. 

If you wish to make an exchange or return a product, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact customer service via email: ana@barreltopia.com
  2. Deposit the corresponding amount for the return shipping costs into the account indicated in the email and follow the instructions received therein.
  3. Pack the product(s) under the same conditions in which you received them. And take it to the post office.
  4. Once the products are received, Barreltopia staff will inspect them, and if everything is correct, the exchange or refund will be processed.
  5. The refund for returns will be made through the same channel that the customer selected as the payment method when placing their order.

 

Returns of defective or damaged products.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is possible to receive a product with a manufacturing defect or in poor condition. We ask that as soon as you notice any anomaly in the product, you contact our customer service to report the incident. Once you contact us, we will inform you of the procedure for replacing the defective product.

If the reason for the return is due to the product having some type of deterioration or manufacturing defect, Barreltopia will cover the shipping costs derived from said return.

Returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted, unless they are damaged or defective.

Please note that you must keep the order invoice for any return.

 

Returns due to transport damage.

It is possible that the product may suffer some type of damage due to handling or transport. To identify possible damage caused by transport, Barreltopia recommends that its customers check the package upon receipt to identify any possible bumps or damage to the exterior of the package.

If the merchandise shows clear signs of having suffered damage due to transport, the customer has the right to refuse the merchandise upon receipt, informing the courier of the reason for non-acceptance.
